The Convoys Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring medical convoys across assigned governorates to ensure efficient delivery of services and achievement of project objectives. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships, handling governmental approvals, and supporting proposal development and needs assessments.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage all convoys’ plans in the assigned governorates
  • Develop and maintain reports on convoy operations
  • Monitor and evaluate convoy operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure meeting targets and financial control of convoys expenditure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with governmental officials
  • Develop and maintain databases of the assigned governorates
  • Responsible for permits issuance and government affairs in Aswan
  • Represent IBF in all meetings as needed (with stakeholders including public and private sector)
  • Support the needs assessment for proposal writing
